Your Itinerary

  • Arriving in the historic city of Cusco, our team will be waiting at the airport to greet you and assist with your transfer to the hotel. Take the remainder of the day to acclimatise to the altitude and explore the streets of Cusco at your own pace.

  • Today, after breakfast, we embark on a journey through the breathtaking Sacred Valley. With scenic landscapes, ancient ruins and traditional farming techniques.

    Stopping in Urubamba for a buffet lunch, we then venture to the historic Inca fortress of Ollantaytambo. Traditionally this served as a scientific agricultural haven for the Incas, boasting innovative seed and food storage techniques ahead of its time.

    Mid afternoon we board a scenic glass roof train, rideing through the Andes to Aguas Calientes, at the base of Machu Picchu.

    Dinner in the town together before an early night.

  • Starting at 4am to see the sun rise over Machu Picchu, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World.

    It may be advisable to take a water bottle and a snack for breakfast as it will be more of a brunch by the time you get back to the town.

    Also bring your passport to get stamped whilst you are at Machu Picchu.

    Spend 3 hours with a private guided tour, exploring the ruins, soaking in the mystical atmosphere of this ancient Inca citadel.

    After lunch in Aguas Calientes, we'll return to Cusco by train and mini bus back.

  • Leaving Cusco early in the morning by bus, our journey to Manu National Park begins with a scenic drive through the upper area of Paucartambo.

    En route, we stop to visit the ancient Chullpas de Ninamarca, pre-Inca funerary towers. Descending into the Cloud Forest, we're treated to a mesmerising display of flora and fauna, including orchids, heliconias, and the iconic cock-of-the-rock bird. With luck, we might even catch a glimpse of the elusive spectacled bear, South America's only native bear species.

    Arriving at our hostel in Pilcopata, we can enjoy a delicious dinner together and rest.

  • After breakfast, we board a bus to Atalaya, then by boat for a 30-minute ride that takes us to our next destination, Paititi.

    Along the way, we have the opportunity to see many varied species of birds and visit a coca leaf plantation.

    When arriving in Paititi, we will explore the jungle surroundings, with optional activities like ziplining (not included). As night falls, we embark on a guided nocturnal walk to listen to the jungle's enchanting sounds before retiring to our lodge for dinner and rest

  • After breakfast, we journey by boat to the Parrot Clay Lick, witness the colorful spectacle of parrots and macaws feasting on mineral-rich clay.

    Continuing our exploration, we navigate to Cocha Machuhuasi, where we embark on a tranquil boat ride through the lagoon, spotting diverse wildlife along the way.

    After lunch at the lodge, we have the option for further exploring around the lodge or relaxing.

    As evening descends, you could partake in an optional night walk to experience the jungle's nocturnal life.

  • Up for an early breakfast, we prepare for our return journey. Traveling back through the Cloud Forest, we pass through Atalaya before boarding our bus bound for Cusco. Arriving early evening in time for dinner.

  • Enjoy a day of relaxation, or explore the charming city of Cusco. Take a leisurely stroll around the city center, soaking in the rich history and hustle of the markets, colourful shops full of alpaca knitwear. Spend the night in Cusco.

    To finish we enjoy a delicious evening meal together in a well known restaurant in Cusco down town centre.

  • Embark on an exhilarating adventure to Vinicunca, the renowned Rainbow Mountain.

    After an early start, we'll journey to Pitumarca and ride quad bikes to the summit, where you see breathtaking panoramic views of the colorful landscape. Hiking is an option but you will need to let us know so we can organise it.

    A delicious lunch will be prepared for us in Sicuani before continuing our journey to Chivay in the Colca Canyon. Spend the night in Chivay.

  • Begin the day with a visit to Cruz del Condor, high up on on the deepest canyon in the world you get chance to see then Andean condors ride the thermals, soaring above the canyon. Then, embark on a scenic trek through the rugged terrain of Colca Canyon, passing by charming villages and stunning natural scenery. Relax and unwind in the Sangalle Oasis, our overnight stop in Colca Canyon.

  • Leaving Colca Canyon we travel to the picturesque city of Arequipa.

    Along the way, we'll make stops at various viewpoints and thermal baths to appreciate the Andean landscapes, hopefully seeing flamingos and Bicunas before reaching Arequipa.

    Take the opportunity to explore the colonial architecture and vibrant atmosphere of the city before retiring for the night.

  • Discover the natural beauty of the Arequipa countryside, observing the unique flora and fauna of the region. We will take you to scenic viewpoints to see the volcanic landscape with Mount Misty Volcano in the distance.

    In the afternoon, board a short flight to Lima, where you'll spend the night.

  • Embark on an exciting excursion to Ica, where we will witness the breathtaking sunset over the vast sand dunes (highest in the world) and spend the night in a charming oasis in Huacachina. There is a chance to go sand boarding if you wish.

  • Explore the coastal wonders of Paracas with a boat tour showcasing the region's diverse marine life.

    Enjoy some leisure time or bird/nature watching before returning to Lima. On the way back we visit the vineyards of Chincha.

    Spend the night in Lima.

  • It’s time for home, as we take you to Lima airport for your flight home. We hope you leave Peru filled with cherished memories of ancient civilisations, stunning landscapes, and unforgettable experiences.
